• Services were not provided due to reasons outside the customer’s control (e.g., vendor issues, unavailability of required resources).
• In the case of technical issues or dissatisfaction with the quality of the service provided (please provide feedback to support).

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Services provided after the 24-hour cancellation window.
• Any costs associated with third-party vendors (e.g., parts purchased, travel expenses for onsite services).
• Services that have been completed to the satisfaction of the customer.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If a service is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment or if the customer does not show up for the service, a penalty fee may apply.
